Expaticore Services, LLC Makes Key Appointments to Align for Growth in Global Payroll Management and Human Resource Consulting Services

Rockville Centre, NY – June 16, 2009: Expaticore Services, LLC, a leading provider of global mobility programs and expatriate and national payroll services, announced today three management appointments to meet the firm’s growing client base and maintain its trademark “high touch” service model.

Timothy D. (“Tim”) Dwyer joins Expaticore Services as Director, Client Service to share his considerable expertise in international human resources management.  Most recently, Tim headed the Global Mobility function for the Americas at Goldman Sachs.  Previously, Tim was KPMG’s National Director of International HR Consulting.  He has authored numerous articles and presents regularly on topics of interest to the international human resources community.

Lourdes Trofeo, CPP, PHR, joins as Director of Implementation and brings years of payroll and global operations experience to manage Expaticore’s proprietary information technology platform for expatriate payroll management. Lourdes previously held senior HR operations management positions with firms such as Pershing, Cantor Fitzgerald, and DoubleClick. 

Jane Porges joins as Director, Quality Assurance.  She has held a variety of senior operations and information technology roles at financial services firms including American Express and JP Morgan & Co.  Jane’s strong financial operations and information technology skills will facilitate the delivery of key 2009 initiatives to support Expaticore’s growing client base.
